Inadvertently published, lacking authors; publication authors used, following order for H. japonica. Later in the text (p 121), uses 'f. lutea Kadota(11)', where 11 is a footnote to the place of publication of the basionym, so this appears to be a basionym ref, not an indication of authorship.
