Index Nominum Genericorum 1 (1979) 332, and N.T.Burbidge, Dict. Austral. Pl. Gen. (1963) 66 (as `CHALEAS') give this as a nom. rej. vs. Murraya L. (1771), however it is not listed in the 1978 or 1983 editions of the International Code of Botanical Nomenclature. Does not seem to have been applied to Australian taxa, however, it is listed by N.T.Burbidge, loc. cit. 66 (as `CHALEAS').
