Remarks
A. E. Murray cited M. glutinosa A. Nelson (1904) as the basionym (a correctable bibliographic error). He (in Kalmia 12: 22. 1982) published the same comb. nov. and cited an incorrect basionym (Oxybaphus laevis Benth., Bot. Voy. Sulphur 44. (1844)).
