Type Information

Locality
growing in S. Hants, and also specimens of it from N. Hants. It was plentiful in meadows at Wareham, in districts C, D, and G.

Remarks

Protologue: Rhinanthus Crista-GaIIi L., var. fallax Koch, fide Ar. Bennett. A handsome branching plant with yellow green-tipped bracts, the serrations of which are remarkably aristate.
