Remarks
Wight (pp. 10, 43) doubtfully cited “Parietaria Indica ? Lin.” as the basionym. From his remark on p. 10 (I have been induced to consider it (Pouzolzia indica) identical with the Linnaean species (Parietaria Indica)) and on p. 43 (I am induced to consider this [Pouzolzia indica] as the true P. indica, Lin. ...), it is evident that he treated the two names as homotypic.
