Remarks
Kunze, the publishing author, ascribed the name and its validating diagnosis to Shuttleworth's exsiccate specimen (a double quote seen at the end of the diagnosis; starting quote missing). Some works correct the epithet tennessensis to tennesseensis (unwarranted). Wilbur designated the GH specimen as the isolectotype (the label shows the validating diagnosis); he did not cite the lectotype.
