Protologue: The type plant at the U. S. National Arboretum, Washington, D.C., is N.A. 41179, and at Falconskeep it is N.A. 41179-F3810. According to Alan T. Whittemore (NA), NA 41179 is a living plant accession number, not a designation for an herbarium specimen. (see Vienna Code Art. 8.4).
