Remarks
Fraser-Jenkins attributed the name to L.Zhang & N.T.Lu, and 'translated the characters [Zhang & Lu] said into Latin' (pers comm), but there is no internal evidence that this description is attributed to Zhang & Lu, so it must be L.Zhang & N.T.Lu ex Fraser-Jenk. or just Fraser-Jenk.
