Deb and Dutta published ‘Hedyotis leschenaultiana DC., Prod. 4: 422. 1830 var. wynaadensis’; since the authors referred the epithet ‘leschenaultiana’ to De Candolle’s publication and also cited the same type, their usage of the epithet ‘leschenaultiana’ to corrected to ‘leschenaultii’
