Remarks

Eponymy: The species is named in honour of Georgii Volsky (1947-2019) who passed away eighteen months ago. He was a biochemistry tutor in St. Petersburg State University, a member of IOS and president of St.Petersburg’s C&S club for several decades. He was an ardent popularizer of succulent plants, especially cacti, and a prolific author (english)
