Remarks

Eponymy: The species is named for Dr. Jennifer H. Richards, professor of Biology at Florida International University, who has studied the plants in the field with the senior author while accompanying her on many Nemacladus collecting trips. Dr. Richards’s insight into the floral morphology of the genus has been invaluable. (english) doi:10.3120/0024-9637-67.1.35
