de Candolle refers to Gay in Monogr. Lasiop?tal. 20, however Gay transfers the species to Guichenotia, not Boronia. Index Kewensis gives J.Gay, Mem. Mus. Paris 7 (1821) 450, in nota, however, although the combination is suggested therein, it is not validly made.
