Bornmueller accepted Lagoseris sancta (L.) K.Malý and remarked Vereinigt man, wie es Muschler neusten Datums getan hat, die Gattung Lagoserìs (Pterotheca) mit Crepis, so hat die Pflanze Crepis sancta zu heißen [=If one unites the genus Lagoseris with Crepis, as Muschler has done recently, the plant has to be named Crepis sancta]. Since the tense in both parts of the preceding sentence is the simple present, the word “if” is in a zero-conditional sentence and the new combination C. sancta (L.) Bornm. is treated as a validly published alternative name (vide John Wiersema (US), pers. comm.)
