Remarks
Grsebach (Cat. PI. Cub. 91. 1866) described Psidium parvifolium (syntypes: C. Wright 2438 & 2463), and on p. 285, he treated C. Wright s.n. as an unnamed but slightly deviating form of P. parvifolium of p. 91. Mabberley listed Psidium parvifolium (Griseb.) Griseb. as an accepted name, provided a full reference to the basionym (P. cordatum Sims var. parvifolium Griseb.), and thus inadvertently validated P. parvifolium (Griseb.) Mabb. as a new combination.
