Validity of this comb. nov. is questionable; Nuttall cited D. filifolius? (Hook. ...); since, Nuttall was doubtful about the taxonomy of D. filifolius, he did not make the comb, nov.; However, if the taxonomy of the 2 names proves to be the same, then Nuttall made the comb. nov. (St. Louis Code Art. 32.2).
