Remarks

Isely (pp. 354, 358), the publishing author, ascribed the new combination to Hall & Ward, and stated that the new combination was previously used in annotation by Hall and Ward and that David Hall offered advice on portions of his manuscript (see Vienna Code Art. 46.2 Ex. 8, Art. 46.4, lines 6-7 & Ex. 29).
