Remarks

Protologue: A species remarkably distinct and handsome, and has no equal among hardy ivies for the freshness and sparkle of its foliage.which is of a comparatively light tint of green. The leaves are large, almost angular, distinctly threelobed, highly varnished, and of firm texture. The habit is robust, and the growth rapid. A fine ivy for •walls, and especially for the pillars of porticoes and other places where a very distinct and lively climber would be seen to full advantage
