Vavilov (p. 118, adnot.) proposed the new combination Triticum abyssinicum (Vavilov) Vavilov in Flaksberger’s 1938 publication. Although Flaksberger (p. 134) did not accept the new combination, it was validly published. The Shenzhen Code Arts. 36 Ex. 3 and 46 Ex. 39 apply.
