Remarks
Hooker, the publishing author, ascribed the name C. linearis and its validating description to Douglas. O. Nilsson (in Bot. Not. 124: 98. 1971) cited the Douglas specimen at K as the lectotype and at BM as the isolectotype (perhaps also at E, GH).
