protologue shows the epithet as navadaensis. According to Rebecca A. Peters (CAS; pers. comm.), the 1855 Proceedings minutes at CAS shows nevadaensis, whereas the CAS drawing (referred within the protologue) shows nevadensis. Ed. 2 (p. 65) shows the epithet as navadaënsis
