G. Don published the name Lagunaria patersonii and cited Hibiscus patersonius Andrews and Lagunaea patersonia Sims as synonyms. Although L. patersonii G. Don could be treated as superflous and illegitimate, G. Don's patersonii is corrected here to patersonia.
