Description brief. For a fuller description see G.Bentham, Fl. Austral. 1 (1863) 121. R.Bakker & C.G.G.J. van Steenis, Fl. Males. ser I, 5 (1957) 361-362 state that Ettinghausen's C. pauciflorus is earlier than Bentham's description. They do not accept Loudon's description as being adequate - see note under genus.
