Remarks
In 1982 Kümpel indicated an unpublished photograph as holotypus. The footnote on p. 34 stating that the description stands as the type in the sense of Art. 9.3 (Leningrad Code) doesn't affect valid publication of the name, nor does designation of a neotypus in 1987.
