Remarks
The publishing author Harper mentioned: “This plant, which Dr. Small now separates as a distinct species, bears little resemblance to S. integrifolia, of which it was published as a variety.” Since Harper mentioned that it was Small’s taxonomy used in the publication, Small is accepted here as the author of the new combination.
