Remarks
Terrell cited Stenaria nigricans (Lam.) Terrell as the type species for the genus name; at the same time he designated H. rupestris as the lectotype species for the basionym and treated S. nigricans and H. rupestris as taxonomic synonyms. His error is correctable.
