Remarks
Lee did not cite the basionym (Anemone cernua var. koreana Y.Yabe ex Nakai), but in the bibliographic section (p. 382), a full and direct reference is given to the basionym author Nakai’s publication (as “Nakai T. (1909): Fl. Kor. 1: 19”) and thus the basionym is indicated. For such pre-2007 new combinations lacking the basionym citations, but having precise bibliography of the basionyms, Art. 41 Ex. 13 applies, and the new combination P. cernua var. koreana was validly published.
