Remarks
On p. 16 of the Atlas, Bureau made the new combination Campsis radicans (L.) Seem. ex Bureau, and on plate 14, he used Tecoma radicans (L.) DC. (1845). His usage of an existing name and a new combination for the same taxon is construed to be an act of employing alternative taxonomy (cf. Art. 36.3)
