Remarks
Ahrendt used the illegitimate name B. chitria Buch.-Ham. ex Lindl. (1823), but excluded its type causing the illegitimacy (i.e., he recognized B. aristata DC. (1821) as distinct); therefore, Ahrendt inadvertently published B. chitria as a later homonym (vide Art. 48.1).
