As noted in TL2 (1: 419-420), the title page does not list an author for the text, but instead lists Mrs. Edward Bury for drawings and R. Havell for engraving; from the text of t. 18, Herbert is inferred to be the author of C. ormatum (cf. Vienna Code Art. 46.7 Note 3).
