Nomenclatural Notes

Status: nom. inval. nom. subnud. Validating diagnosis lacking. P. M. Brown provided: Hybrid e Cleistes divaricata et Cleistes bifaria; floribus et columinus intermedius (= Hybrid between Cleistes divaricata et Cleistes bifaria; flowers and column intermediate). He did not provide descriptive information for the flowers and column (see Vienna Code Art. 32.3 Ex. 6).
