Remarks

Orthographic variant - see FLUGGEA Willd. Webster loc. cit. (274) states Willdenow (1806) published it as both Fl?ggea and Fluggea. .....However, according to current rules of nomenclature, the spelling Flueggia as later adopted by Mueller (1873) must be followed.
