Remarks
Rose (p. 96) validly published the name Hosackia alamosana. On the same page in a footnote, Rose mentioned: “If Hosackia is to be referred to Lotus as advocated by Mr. E. L. Greene, Pitt. II. 133, this should be L. Alamosanus. Thus, Rose published L. alamosanus as an alternative name to H. alamosana.
