Secco [in Fl. Neotrop. Monogr. 93: 76. 20 Aug 2004] erred in designating Bang 2375 (US) as the lectotipo and its duplicates at BM, C, GH, K, MICH, and W as isolectotipos for Conceveiba pubescens Britton (pro parte) (sic). Secco & A. M. Giulietti [in Darwiniana 42(1-4): 321. 10 Dec 2004] also did the same error. Secco [in Fl. Neotrop. Monogr. 93: 86. 20 Aug 2004] designated Bang 2375 (at NY) as the LT. for Alchornea megalostylis Rusby (1934).
