Remarks

This pretty little species of Eranthemum was sent to England in 1824, by Dr. Wallicb, under the name we have adopted ; and a living plant was presented by the Honour- able Court of Directors of the East India Company, to the Horticaltiiral Society ; in whose garden, at Chiswick, oar « figure was taken in October last.
