Remarks
Under Corallorhiza, Nuttall published Aplectrum at the rank of subgenus (as C. subgen. Aplectrum); For Corallorhiza, he included 3 species; he listed species number 1 and 2 on p. 197 (1. C. innata; 2. C. odontorhiza), and the 3rd species on p. 198 (3. C. hyemalis (hiemalis)). The treatment of Aplectrum preceded the treatment of C. hyemalis.
