Delimited Data formats
You can now download IPNI data in a number of different delimited data formats, as well as the normal
and full record html formats. The normal format gives you the classic IPNI listing, 100 records per
page. The full record format gives you a listing but with the full details displayed for each
record. See the output formats section of the 'Link to IPNI'
page for more information.
Plant Names
The 'classic' delimited format is included for backwards compatibility. Anyone using the old
parameters to request delimited data (output_format=delimited) will get the classic data fields.

Authors
The 'classic' delimited format is included for backwards compatibility. Anyone using the old
parameters to request delimited data (output_format=delimited) will get the classic data fields.
The 'minimal' and 'short' formats are identical - using either output_format=delimited-short
or output_format=delimited-minimal will retrieve the same set of fields

Publications
There is only one delimited download format available for publications, which is unchanged from previous
releases of IPNI. The parameter output_format=delimited will retrieve this data format.
Use of any of the other format parameters (delimited-minimal, delimited-short or
delimited-extended) will result in the same output format as below.
